The WICCI Communications and Outreach Group provides logistical support to the Science Council, organizes meetings and workshops and performs outreach functions related to the mission of WICCI. It is housed in and staffed by the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The WICCI Outreach Roundtable works with citizens, scientists, administrators, and elected officials to increase awareness of climate impacts, and build Wisconsin's capacity to adapt to a changing climate.
